The invention discloses a wind power generation water-pumping system which comprises a support seat, wherein a gearbox is arranged on the upper surface of the support seat; a wind wheel is arranged at the tail end of an input shaft of the gearbox; the tail end of one output shaft of the gearbox is connected with an electric generator by a connecting shaft; a power output end of the electric generator is connected with a storage battery; the tail end of another output shaft of the gearbox is connected with a transmission rod; the transmission rod is provided with a ring-shaped conveyor belt; the ring-shaped conveyor belt is provided with a water-pumping box; the support seat is provided with a reservoir at the position close to the ring-shaped conveyor belt; a water outlet pipe is arranged on the side surface of the reservoir; a water filtering device is arranged at the connecting part of the reservoir and the water outlet pipe; the water filtering device comprises a barrel; the barrel is internally and sequentially provided with a particle filter screen, an activated carbon filter screen and a negative oxygen ion filter screen; the water outlet pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve. After the wind power generation water-pumping system is used, water pumping and power generation are simultaneously realized, and the wind energy is effectively utilized.
