The dual-pressure-regulating pipe network pressure-superposed water supply device is mainly composed of a pressure water inlet pipe, a pressure pump set, a water outlet pipe, a water inlet pressure detection meter, a water outlet pressure detection meter, a frequency-conversion speed-governing device and a water supply controller; the pressure pump set is directly connected between the pressure water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe in series; the water inlet pressure detection meter is installed on the pressure water inlet pipe; the water outlet pressure detection meter is installed on the water outlet pipe; the pressure pump set is connected with the frequency-conversion speed-governing device through a cable; and the frequency-conversion speed-governing device, the water inlet pressure detection meter and the water outlet pressure detection meter are connected with the water supply controller. The dual-pressure-regulating pipe network pressure-superposed water supply device has the beneficial effects that energy ad water are saved, the occupied land is small, and the investment is saved; in addition, the water inlet pressure and the water outlet pressure can be adjusted when the pressure pump set runs; non-pump-halting water supply is achieved when the water inlet pressure is low; water of a water utilization point is pressurized to the maximum degree; and the water supply safety is improved.
