The invention discloses a high floor purified water-based power generating apparatus. The apparatus is characterized in that the apparatus comprises: a sewage discharge unit (1) connected with water discharged from toilets of households at all floors, wherein the sewage discharge unit (1) allows sewage to be discharged into a sewer (10) through a vertical main sewage discharging tube (4); and a collected water filtering unit (2) connected with high floor household kitchen and washing water and comprising a vertical power generation water pipeline (11), wherein the bottom end of a water storage box (21) is connected with the inlet of a water convey tube (25), the inlet of the water convey tube (25) is provided with a pressure valve (24), and the outlet of the water convey tube (25) is connected with the inlet of a power generation unit (3). The high floor purified water-based power generation apparatus adopts domestic sewage as a treatment carrier, realizes changing of wastes into valuables, is efficient and environmentally friendly, and accords with ecologic water use requirements.
