The invention discloses a drained water collector for a building kitchen, and relates to a drained water collector for a high-rise building kitchen. The drained water collector comprises a vertical pipe drainage section (1), a horizontal pipe drained water collecting section (2) and a water seal component (3), wherein guide vanes (6) are arranged in an expanded section of the vertical pipe drainage section (1); the transverse plane (9) of the horizontal pipe drained water collecting section (2) and the inner wall below the transverse plane adopt planes or approximate planes or cambered surfaces; the maximal distance of a transverse opening (15) at a top channel (13) at the collecting section of the horizontal pipe drained water collecting section (2) communicating the vertical pipe drainage section (1) is larger than that of a vertical opening (16); the distance L from the inner wall side at the hollow position of a transverse plane opening (17) on the transverse plane (9) to the outer wall of the adjacent vertical pipe drainage section is 40-450 mm; the water seal component (3) can be separated from the transverse plane opening (17); a floor drain cover (23) is arranged at the upper part (18). The drained water collector disclosed by the invention can achieve the purpose that in the drainage of the same floor in the building, a descending floor or a micro-descending plate is not required to be mounted when floor drains are arranged in a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony.
