The invention relates to a truss insert and a manufacturing method of a truss structure, and in particular relates to a cycle microcosmic truss insert and a manufacturing method of a cycle microcosmic truss structure body, aiming at solving the problems that in the prior art, the manufacturing method of a microcosmic truss is complicated in steps, low in manufacturing efficiency and high in manufacturing cost. The cycle microcosmic truss insert comprises an insert body, wherein a plurality of interlocking nicks are formed from a long side of the insert body to the central axis along the length direction of the insert body. The invention also relates to the manufacturing method of the cycle microcosmic truss structure body, and the method comprises the four steps of carrying out hole machining, processing the interlocking nicks, carrying out interlocking assembly on a plurality of cycle microcosmic truss inserts, and carrying out reinforcement work. The cycle microcosmic truss structure body has the advantages of being light in weight, good in energy absorption effect and good in vibration isolation effect. The manufacturing method provided by the invention is used for manufacturing the cycle microcosmic truss structure body.
