Provided are a building decoration panel adopting an automatic push and pull device and an attaching method of the building decoration panel. The building decoration panel is attached to a building body through an attaching and bonding layer, and provided with a back plane facing the attaching and bonding layer and a front plane opposite to the back plane, a bonding layer filling groove which extends in the horizontal direction and is concaved inwards from the back plane is formed in the middle of the back plane, an opening is formed in the end, in the horizontal direction, of the bonding layer filling groove, and the other end of the bonding layer filling groove is closed. A plurality of bearing columns are evenly and fixedly arranged in the center of the bonding layer filling groove in the horizontal direction, and the height of the parts, stretching out of the back plane, of the bearing columns is at least half of the thickness of the attaching and bonding layer.
