Provided are equipment for attaching a building decoration panel through an H-shaped guide transmission device and a use method of the equipment. The building decoration panel (7) is attached to a building body (9) through an attaching and bonding layer (8), the building decoration panel (7) is provided with a back plane facing the attaching and bonding layer (8) and a front plane opposite to the back plane, a bonding layer filling groove (72) which extends in the horizontal direction and is concaved inwards from the back plane is formed in the middle of the back plane, an opening is formed in the end, in the horizontal direction, of the bonding layer filling groove (72), the other end of the bonding layer filling groove (72) is closed, horizontal round flanges (74) are arranged on the upper horizontal edge and the lower horizontal edge of the bonding layer filling groove (72) respectively, the cross sections of the tail ends of the horizontal round flanges (74) are in an arc shape protruding outwards, and horizontal round hidden grooves (73) are formed between the horizontal round flanges (74) and the groove bottom of the bonding layer filling groove (72).
