Novel seamless construction process for extruded sheet interior wall interior thermal insulation wall body
The invention relates to innovation of interior wall interior thermal insulation wall body construction work forms, and vapor proof materials and thermal insulation materials can be fixed on the basis that a building interior wall body and a building exterior wall body are scatheless, so that the vapor proof materials and the thermal insulation materials play the roles of thermal insulation and vapor insulation to the maximum extent in the state that the wall bodies are complete in structure. Currently, a traditional anchor bolt mechanical fixation method dominates in the fixation construction modes for the interior wall interior thermal insulation, and anchoring parts are used for fixing insulation boards and the vapor proof materials onto the wall bodies. Aiming at interior thermal insulation projects of the refrigeration house category which have strict requirements about the vapor insulation and the thermal insulation, as a result of the traditional anchor bolt mechanical fixation method, the energy is consumed severely, the strength of wall body structures is damaged, in case a vapor barrier is damaged, it is caused that vapor and cool air leak out, and the maintenance cannot be conducted, so that consumed energy and the operation cost of a refrigeration house are increased. Aiming at overcoming the defects generated by the traditional fixation method for the interior wall interior thermal insulation, a novel fixation method construction process for the interior wall interior thermal insulation, namely an aluminum alloy square tube perpendicular fixation method is provided. By means of the method, the cool air is blocked from leaking out, the energy is saved, and the operation cost of the refrigeration house is reduced.
