The method comprises the steps that a steel bar net slice is processed in a prefabrication area, binding wires are adopted to perform binding, the steel bar net slice is provided with multiple lifting points, and the center lifting point is arranged in the vertical gravity center direction of the steel bar net slice; in the steel bar net slice lifting process, in order to prevent steel bars on the lifting point from deforming, reinforcement is performed on binding points at the two sides of the lifting point; lifting trying is performed on the steel bar net slice, a tower crane on the spot is adopted to lift the steel bar net slice on the lifting point, the steel bars which are staggered mutually on a wall body part are placed at one side of reserved steel dowels below the steel bar net slice, after the steel bar net slice is lifted to the position above the position to be installed, the height of the steel bar net slice is slowly lowered, and when the steel bar net slice drops to the specified lap positions, binding connection is performed; binding bars at the upper end of the steel bar net slice are connected with a net on the other side, and multiple wind resistance drawstrings are evenly distributed on the two edges of the steel bar net slice; after the lap positions of the steel bar net slice are completely bound and the wind resistance drawstrings are reinforced, lifting hooks are removed, and concrete cushion blocks are bound on the outer side of the steel bar net slice by using the binding wires.
