The invention provides a unit bathroom. The unit bathroom comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, walls and a water supply and drainage system, wherein integral structures are formed by connecting connected skeletons among the top plate and the walls as well as among the bottom plate and the walls; a steam supply device is arranged in the unit bathroom; the water supply and drainage system comprises a water drainage vertical pipe, a water supply vertical pipe, side wall floor drains and water supply and drainage integration modules; the water supply and drainage integration modules comprise module bodies, floor drain water storage bends and pre-installed pipelines; the pre-installed pipelines and the floor drain water storage bends are pre-installed and integrated in the module bodies; the side wall floor drains are arranged at the lower parts of the walls; the water drainage vertical pipe and the water supply vertical pipe are connected with the pre-installed pipelines; one ends of the floor drain water storage bends are connected with the side wall floor drains, and the other ends of the floor drain water storage bends are connected with water drainage pipes. The unit bathroom has good stability, is light in weights of the walls and can conduce to omitting floor descending treatment on the floor below the unit bathroom.
