The invention discloses an inlet and outlet garage of a combined type lateral and horizontal double-layer rotary parking garage. The inlet and outlet garage comprises a fixed frame, wherein the upper end of the fixed frame is provided with parallel tracks; the bottom of the fixed frame is provided with a bottom base plate; the lower end of the bottom base plate is arranged in the parallel tracks by roller wheels; one end of the bottom base plate is provided with a bottom translation gear; one end of the bottom translation gear is connected with a bottom translation rack; one end of the bottom translation rack is controlled by a bottom translation variable speed motor; the upper end of the fixed frame is provided with a two-layer main force rack; a two-layer base plate is arranged at the bottom of the two-layer main force rack; two longitudinal sliding rails are respectively arranged at the two ends of the main force rack; the two-layer base plate is arranged in the longitudinal sliding rails by guide rail sliding blocks. The inlet and outlet garage can be separately moved without moving parking vehicles; compared with the traditional garage, the garage provided by the invention is safer and more convenient in use.
