The invention discloses an accounting file cabinet with positioning and alarm functions. The accounting file cabinet comprises a cabinet body and a cabinet door. The cabinet door is hinged onto the cabinet body; sealing strips are mounted on the periphery of the cabinet door, and a fingerprint identifier, a combination lock and a handle are mounted on the cabinet door; a movable control barrier is arranged on the combination lock; the movable control barrier is connected with the fingerprint identifier; an ultraviolet lamp, a positioning device and a dehumidifier are mounted on the inner wall of the bottom of the cabinet body; a first partition plate is mounted on the ultraviolet lamp and the dehumidifier; a second partition plate is mounted above the first partition plate; drawers are mounted above the second partition plate; directory storage devices are arranged at the front ends of the outer walls of the drawers. The accounting file cabinet has the advantages that the accounting file cabinet is provided with an LCD (liquid crystal display) touch screen and the positioning device, a memory card is connected with the LCD touch screen, accordingly, files can be stored and queried, and the file cabinet is waterproof and fireproof.
