The invention relates to the technical field of chemical material, and concretely relates to a cement mortar plasticizer. The cement mortar plasticiser comprises the following components by weight part: 15-25% of molasses, 0.5-2% of sodium lauryl sulfate, 25-50% of water, 2-7% of thickening agent cellulose, 12-18% of melamino-formaldehyde condensate, 8-15% of hydroxide, 1-5% of styrene acrylic emulsion, 3-9% of starch ether and 0.1-0.5% of formaldehyde. The cement mortar plasticiser has the advantages of less consumption and strong bonding force.
