Novel multi-fiber toughened unfired coal gangue brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel multi-fiber toughened unfired coal gangue brick and a preparation method thereof. The novel multi-fiber toughened unfired coal gangue brick is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of coal gangue brick, 8-9 parts of portland cement, 8-10 parts of feldspar, 1-2 parts of polypropylene fiber, 3-4 parts of sepiolite fiber, 4.5-6 parts of aluminum oxide, 3-4 parts of carboxymethylcellulose, 1.5-2.5 parts of water glass, 1-2 parts of limestone, 2.5-3.5 parts of oxalic acid, 7-9 parts of modifier and a proper amount of water. The novel multi-fiber toughened unfired coal gangue brick is reasonable in formula, and is prepared in a non-sintering manner; by virtue of the technology of pelletizing and pressure molding, the hardness of a brick block is enhanced; the liquidity is improved; the construction property is improved; meanwhile, the cultivated land is protected; resources are saved; due to the addition of a polypropylene fiber and the like, the toughness and the strength are enhanced; due to the addition of the modifier, the novel multi-fiber toughened unfired coal gangue brick has lightweight, insulated, sound-absorbent and antibacterial effects; and the combination property of the coal gangue brick is enhanced.
