The invention provides flexible mortar for splicing mounting of light partition boards and a splicing mounting process. The flexible mortar is formed by mixing and stirring cement-matrix powder, emulsion and water at a mass ratio of 10:(0.8-1.2):1.3, wherein the emulsion comprises an acrylic polymer, and the content of the acrylic polymer in the emulsion is more than 90%. According to the flexible mortar provided by the invention, through adding a proper proportion of acrylic polymer, the anti-sagging property and anti-crack property of the mortar can be greatly improved, the mortar is very applicable to vertical splicing mounting of the light partition boards, and the splicing mounting cost of the boards is greatly lowered.
