The invention discloses a preparation method of waste rubber powder anti-crack mortar, which relates to a preparation method. The invention is designed for solving the problems in the field of building that the utilization rate of waste rubber is low, and existing rubber powder mortar hardly meets the bonding strength standards of anti-crack mortar. The method comprises the following steps: sequentially weighing cement, fly ash, river sand, rubber powder, calcium carbonate powder, an expanding agent, redispersible latex powder, polypropylene fiber and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose in parts by mass, adding 16-30 parts of water, mixing for 30-60s, thus obtaining waste rubber powder anti-crack mortar with a consistency of 75+/-5 mm. After the waste rubber powder anti-crack mortar prepared according to the invention is subjected to maintenance for 28 days, the compressive strength can reach 7-14MPa, the flexural strength can reach 4-6MPa, and the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength is as low as 1.6; and the original tensile adhesive strength is not less than 0.92MPa, and the immersed tensile adhesive strength is not less than 0.78MPa. The method disclosed by the invention is used for preparing waste rubber powder anti-crack mortar.
