The invention discloses a novel coal gangue brick for comprehensive utilization of solid waste. The novel coal gangue brick is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of coal gangue, 3-5 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 9-11.5 parts of ardealite, 8-9.5 parts of cement, 7-10 parts of waste magnesia carbon brick, 3-5 parts of waste carton, 1-1.5 parts of rosin sodium soap, 2-3 parts of phosphoric acid propane diamine, 3-5 parts of lime, 6-7 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 7-9 parts of a modifier and the balance of water. The components such as coal gangue, ardealite, waste magnesia carbon brick and waste carton are added to the formula, so that waste is utilized; resources are saved; due to the addition of the modifier prepared by a specific process, the novel coal gangue brick has lightweight, insulated, sound-absorbent and antibacterial effects; the combination property of the coal gangue brick is enhanced; and the product prepared by a non-sintering process and a process of granulating and pressure molding has the advantages of being energy-saving, environmentally friendly, tidy, insulated and easy to prepare.
