The invention relates to the technical field of chemical building materials, in particular to a phosphogypsum substrate porcelain-imitated ceiling material and a preparation method thereof. Raw materials of phosphogypsum, cement, glass fibers, ceramic fibers, a coagulant, quick lime, porcelain-imitated coating and the like are mixed and proportioned and the proportion is controlled, so that phosphogypsum performs optimal reaction in a raw material treatment step, so that the freezing-thawing resistance and the flexural and compressive strength of the phosphogypsum substrate are strengthened; control on technical parameters in a preparation process are combined, so that the content of soluble impurities in the raw materials is reduced to a greater extent, the interferences of the soluble impurities to coagulability of the phosphogypsum are avoided and the strength of the phosphogypsum is improved; the content of sodium in the raw materials is controlled, so that a phosphogypsum product surface is prevented from a crystal flower phenomenon due to extremely high sodium content, the strength of the phosphogypsum product is improved, the porcelain-imitated coating is not easy to drop after being sprayed on the phosphogypsum product surface, and the quality and the performances of an imitated product which takes the phosphogypsum as a substrate are improved.
