The constitutional chemical formula of the anti-ferroelectric ceramics is (Pb1-1.5xLax)(ZrySn0.9-yTi0.1)O3, wherein x is greater than or equal to 0.02 and smaller than or equal to 0.04, and y is greater than or equal to 0.1 and smaller than or equal to 0.5.
