The invention discloses a preparation method of a regenerated castable for blast furnace iron runners, which comprises the following steps: mixing 60-75 wt% of ASC regenerated material, 5-10 wt% of white alundum fine powder, 0.01-10 wt% of silicon carbide particle, 5-10 wt% of silicon carbide fine powder, 3-6 wt% of silicon micropowder, 2-5 wt% of high-purity calcium aluminate cement, 2-5 wt% of aluminum oxide micropowder, 2-5 wt% of metal silicon fine powder, 0.01-1 wt% of metal aluminum fine powder and 0.1-0.2 wt% of water reducing agent, and stirring for 10-15 minutes to obtain the regenerated castable for blast furnace iron runners. The regenerated castable prepared by the method has the advantages of favorable oxidation resistance and favorable scour resistance. The method saves the high-grade raw material resources, reduces the environmental pollution and lowers the production cost.
