The invention discloses a kieselguhr humidity regulating plate and preparation method thereof. The kieselguhr humidity regulating plate is prepared from the kieselguhr, calcareous raw material, cement, fibers and a fluidizing reagent in a mass part ratio of (80-100):(10-50):(20-60):(5-10):(0.5-5.0); the ratio of water to the solid raw materials is 1.2-2.0. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly dissolving the fluidizing reagent into water for later use, uniformly mixing the other solid raw materials in a stirrer container and adding the fluidizing reagent solution into the running stirrer container in three batches at the same time, wherein the time interval of addition of the fluidizing reagent solution is 5-10min and the fluidity requirement of the material slurry can be reached; pouring the obtained material slurry into a prepared mold so that the material slurry flows under the action of gravity to fill each corner of the mold; naturally and slowly drying the material slurry in the mold or transferring the mold to a 30-60 DEG C ventilation environment; and carrying out surface finishing and demolding to obtain the finished product.
