Terpolymer efficient water reducing agent preparation method
The present invention discloses a water reducing agent preparation process, and particularly relates to a terpolymer efficient water reducing agent preparation method, which comprises: 1) placing 45-55% part by weight of polyethylene glycol maleate in a container, and adding 20-30% part by weight of ethyl propionate, 22-28% part by weight of sodium methylallyl sulfonate, 3-5% part by weight of an initiator ammonium persulfate, and the balance of deionized water; 2) carrying out a constant temperature reaction for 5-8 h at a certain temperature, and then cooling the prepared water reducing agent to a room temperature; and 3) neutralizing the mixture with a sodium hydroxide solution to achieve the pH value of 7 so as to prepare the efficient water reducing agent. The water reducing agent of the present invention has characteristics of not high reaction temperature, not long reaction time, high yield, and no use of toxic material during the monoester synthesis process, and meets requirements of safety and environmental protection.
