The novel height limiting frame comprises height limiting crossbeams (1), a signboard (2), a solar photovoltaic cell panel (3), a horizon line (4), vertical height limiting columns (5), a storage cell (6) and a charging controller (7). The novel height limiting frame for the vehicle entrance and exit has the advantages that by the aid of the above structure, electric energy is converted from solar energy by the solar photovoltaic cell panel and stored in the storage cell in the daytime and is supplied to an LED lamp of the signboard, and accordingly the solar energy, being renewable clean energy, is utilized and pollution is reduced.
