Special-shaped pile construction method based on circular-cross-section soil layer lower cast-in-place pile
The invention relates to a special-shaped pile construction method based on a circular-cross-section soil layer lower cast-in-place pile. The method includes the following steps of firstly, manufacturing a pile hole through a conventional pile forming method, wherein the cross section of the pile hole is a complete circle; secondly, binding a special-shaped reinforcement cage framework; thirdly, hanging the special-shaped reinforcement cage framework into the pile hole, casting concrete, detaching a structure attaching face forming formwork after curing, and forming a reinforced concrete poured special-shaped pile. More materials are saved than a complete-circle section pile when a structure attaching face is manufactured; the structure attaching face can be tightly attached to a liner wall or outer walls of other body structures, and therefore the use area of underground space is enlarged compared with the complete-circular section pile; large areas of the liner wall or the outer walls of other body structures make contact with the semicircular pile, and therefore the connecting effect of the liner wall or the outer walls and the protecting pile can be better; meanwhile, a foundation of the liner wall or the outer walls of other body structures is located on the soil layer lower cast-in-plate pile, wherein the section of the lower portion of the soil layer lower cast-in-place pile is the complete circle; the stress performance in the work process is better.

The invention relates to a special-shaped pile construction method based on a circular-cross-section soil layer lower cast-in-place pile.
