The invention provides a four-end stirring drill rig. A submersible drilling rig body A drives an eccentric shaft A to forwards rotate through a shaft A. The eccentric shaft A and the eccentric shaft B drive a saw A to move horizontally and vertically in the rotating process. The eccentric shaft A drives an eccentric shaft C to forwards rotate through a shaft C. An eccentric shaft D drives an eccentric shaft D to synchronously and forwards rotate through a shaft D. The eccentric shaft C and the eccentric shaft D drive a saw B to move horizontally and vertically in the rotating process. Multiple saw teeth of the lower portion of the saw A and multiple saw teeth of the lower portion of the saw B stir an area which is not stirred by drill bits. The drill bits and the saw teeth conduct stirring together and form a rectangular cement soil pile.
