The invention relates to a creeping-type cofferdam open cut method. The creeping-type cofferdam open cut method comprises the following steps that step one, a creeping-type cofferdam body is surrounded, a construction body (1), a dismantling body (2) and a building body (3) are sequentially surrounded by using an over-turned box body (11); step two, clay inside the construction body (1) is dug and removed, and a tunnel is built; step three, the dismantling body (2) is removed; step four, the building body (3) is built; step five, the step two, the step three and the step four are repeated until the tunnel construction is completed; during the step of dismantling body (2) removal in the step three, the detached dismantling body (2) can be reused as a new building body (3). The creeping-type cofferdam open cut method has the advantages that the construction cycle can be shortened, the sea route traffic in a wide sea area is uninfluenced, the long distance tunnel construction and the super long distance tunnel construction can be achieved, and the influence on the environment is little.
