The invention discloses a sludge flushing and sucking machine with an edge and surface flushing function. The sludge flushing and sucking machine comprises a plurality of water pumps which are arranged on guide rod mechanisms respectively, a plurality of sludge outlet pipelines, a plurality of back flushing pipelines, a plurality of sludge discharging pipelines and a pair of edge and surface flushing mechanisms. Inlets of the water pumps are aligned with sludge. Inlets of the sludge outlet pipelines are correspondingly connected with outlets of the water pumps respectively. Inlets of back flushing pipelines are correspondingly connected with outlets of sludge outlet pipes respectively, and outlets of the back flushing pipelines are correspondingly formed in the front ends of scraper plates respectively. Inlets of the sludge discharging pipelines are correspondingly connected with outlets of the sludge outlet pipelines respectively. Inlets of the edge and surface flushing mechanisms are correspondingly connected with outlets of the sludge outlet pipelines located on the two sides of the sludge flushing and sucking machine respectively, and outlets of the edge and surface flushing mechanisms are aligned with the water surfaces on the two sides of a water channel. The sludge flushing and sucking machine has the advantages that the problems of water surface floating objects and pond bottom sludge are solved through raw water in the water channel, and the purposes of saving water and energy, simplifying management and ensuring the stability of the quality of the raw water are achieved.
