The invention discloses an unpowered water saving system, and relates to the technical field of water supply and discharge comprehensive utilization. The unpowered water saving system is characterized in that a tap water pipeline is connected with a plurality of water valves, the water valves are arranged above a slope washbasin, a water outlet is formed in the bottom of the lower end of the slope washbasin, a water collecting tank is arranged under the slope washbasin, the water outlet of the slope washbasin is connected with the water collecting tank, the upper edge of the water collecting tank is connected with the slope washbasin in an airtight mode, the bottom of the water collecting tank is connected with a water collecting tank exhaust water pipe, the water collecting tank exhaust water pipe is connected with a flush cistern, the water collecting tank is connected with a water replenishment pipe, the water replenishment pipe is provided with a magnetic valve, and a water collecting tank liquid level switch is installed on the position ranging from one third of the water collecting tank to a half of the water collecting tank. By means of the unpowered water saving system, water can be recycled twice, when high-rise dormitories are in the peak of using water and the water pressure is insufficient, the system has a function of storing water; in the unpowered condition, water can be supplied for the next floor by using the twice water with high potential energy.
