The invention discloses a secondary water supply set with a function of high-level reservoir regulated water supply. The secondary water supply set mainly comprises a water pump unit, a water level control valve, a high-level reservoir, a frequency converter, a reservoir control unit, a central controller and a monitor module. The water pump unit pumps water from a water source; the water is pressurized and then delivered to the high-level reservoir through the water supply network; the water is then supplied to a user network through the high-level reservoir; the reservoir control unit is communicated with the central controller through a communication facility; the central controller is further connected with the monitor module and is used for remote monitoring; the communication facility comprises one of an optical fiber, a cable and a wire or wireless network communication. The secondary water supply set has the advantages that the high-level reservoir and the water pump unit are jointed, joint water supply is adopted, water supply safety is higher, and the high-level reservoir is used for regulation and energy conservation.
