The invention discloses an automatic pressurization energy-saving recycled water tank which comprises an outer water tank, a water inlet pipe, an interchange valve, a hydraulic valve, a hydraulic pipe, a release valve barrel, a movable valve plug, an adjusting rod and a buoyancy plug. The outer water tank is arranged on the outer side of the release valve barrel, the water inlet pipe is communicated with the interchange valve and comprises a recycled water pipe and a clear water pipe, the interchange valve is arranged on the lower side of the water inlet pipe, the hydraulic valve is arranged on the lower side of the outside of the outer water tank, one end of the hydraulic pipe is communicated with a lower hydraulic pipe of the hydraulic valve, the other end of the hydraulic pipe is communicated with the inner side of the release valve barrel, the upper end of the release valve barrel is arranged in the inner side of the outer water tank, the lower end of the release valve barrel is protruded on the lower side of the outer water tank, the movable valve plug is arranged on the inner lower side of the release valve barrel, the upper end of the movable valve plug is connected with the lower end of the adjusting rod, the lower end of the adjusting rod is connected with the upper side of the movable valve plug, threads at the upper end of the adjusting rod are fittingly connected with a threaded through hole of the buoyancy plug, a water volume positioning nut is arranged on the top of the adjusting rod, the buoyancy plug is arranged on the inner side of the upper end of the release valve barrel, and a middle threaded through hole of the buoyancy plug is fittingly connected with threads on the outer side of the adjusting rod.
