The invention discloses a water-saving type closestool flushing device. The water-saving type closestool flushing device comprises a clear water tank, a waste water tank and a drainage assembly. The clear water tank is provided with a clear water outlet and controls the clear water outlet to be opened or closed through a clear water valve, and the waste water tank is provided with a waste water outlet and controls the waste water outlet to be opened or closed through a waste water valve. The drainage assembly comprises a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft and a locking piece, wherein the first rotating shaft is arranged in the clear water tank in a rotating mode and is used for pulling the clear water valve to be open; the second rotating shaft is arranged in the waste water tank in a rotating mode, the second rotating shaft and the first rotating shaft are coaxially arranged, and the second rotating shaft is used for pulling the waste water valve to be open; the locking piece is used for making the rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft rotate synchronously. The water-saving type closestool flushing device can collect sanitary waste water and achieve the purpose that the flushing device uses waste water first if the waste water exists and is switched to use the clear water if no waste water exists through mechanical control.
