The invention provides a compound insulation aluminum plate. The compound insulation aluminum plate comprises a surface layer, a corrugated layer and a bottom layer which are sequentially overlapped. The gap between the corrugated layer and the surface layer and the gap between the corrugated layer and the bottom layer are filled with thermal insulation materials. The surface layer is an aluminum plate with the purity being higher than 99.7%, and the bottom layer is an aluminum alloy plate with the aluminum content being smaller than 99.7%. The corrugated layer is formed by connecting a plurality of trapezoidal corrugated units. The compound insulation aluminum plate is simple, reasonable and compact in structure, and excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation performance can further be achieved while the working strength and stiffness are guaranteed.
