Prefabricated groove plate with veneer and forming method thereof
The invention provides a prefabricated groove plate with veneers and a forming method thereof. The prefabricated groove plate comprises a base body and an end groove with the two veneers as the side walls, wherein the base body is provided with the first veneer, the second veneer and a concrete layer. The prefabricated groove plate further comprises a first inner wall plate and a second inner wall plate, wherein the first inner wall plate and the second inner wall plate are attached to the first veneer and the second veneer respectively and form the inner side walls of the end groove. The base body of the groove plate is made of light-weight aggregate concrete which can be mixed with fiber materials. Due to the veneers, the groove plate is simple in forming technology, and the function characteristic of a wall is improved. In addition, through inner wall plates, the forming technology of the groove can be flexible and simple, the strength of the groove is also improved, and the condition that the groove is damaged when being collided or squeezed in the transporting and installing process is avoided.
