According to the above structure, the skylight for the underground construction has the advantages that the ventilating windows of a garage are constructed reasonably, flowering shrubs are planted in spaces formed by the ventilating window top plates to cooperate with environments to change stiff appearance of normal skylights, and accordingly, environmental embellishment is formed to beautify the environment.
