Two-layer suspension ceiling structure of integrated suspension ceiling and installation method thereof
The invention provides a two-layer suspension ceiling structure of an integrated suspension ceiling and an installation method thereof. The integrated ceiling is mainly composed of triangular keels and plane buckle plates buckled to the triangular keels. The triangular keels are fixedly installed on main keels which are transversely arranged relative to the triangular keels through connecting pieces. The main keels are fixed to a ceiling of a roof through suspension rods. The two-layer suspension ceiling structure mainly comprises a two-layer suspension ceiling frame which is formed by four two-layer-ceiling aluminum sectional materials through special corner connectors and screws. The whole two-layer suspension ceiling frame is fixedly installed on the ceiling of the floor through combined lead screw suspension pieces. The upper portion of each two-layer-ceiling aluminum sectional material is provided with an inner transverse 90-degree U-shaped groove. The middle portion of the two-layer suspension ceiling frame is fixedly connected with upper triangular keels in an inserted mode through two opposite 90-degree U-shaped grooves, and the upper triangular keels are used for installation of two-layer-ceiling buckle plates. The two-layer-ceiling buckle plates forming a two-layer ceiling are buckled to the upper triangular keels. The two-layer suspension ceiling structure has the advantages of being simple in structure and capable of simplifying an installation structure, reducing installation and operation difficulty coefficients, relieving labor intensity, reducing material waste and the like.
