The efficient energy-saving building wall comprises an outer layer and an inner layer, wherein a middle structure layer made of organic thermal insulation materials is arranged between the outer layer and the inner layer; when the middle structure layer is set into one layer, two sides of the middle structure layer directly contacts the outer layer and the inner layer, or a thermal insulation layer mad of inorganic thermal insulation materials is arranged between the middle structure layer and the outer layer and the inner layer; when the middle structure layer is set into two layers, a spacer layer made of composite cement or concrete is arranged between the two middle structure layers. Through the structure of the spacer layer between the two middle structure layers, the durability of the organic thermal-insulation materials is improved; the building wall is not easily aged or does not easily lose efficacy; and through the structures of the thermal insulation layers on two sides of the middle structure layer, the building wall is not easily aged and also has a relatively good thermal insulation effect.
