The invention discloses a building decoration panel using conical bearing columns and guiding blocks and an attachment method thereof. The building decoration panel is attached to a building body through an attachment bonding layer. The building decoration panel is provided with a back plane facing the attachment bonding layer and a front plane opposite to the back plane. A bonding layer filling groove which extends in the horizontal direction and is sunken inwards from the back plane is formed in the middle of the back plane. The upper and lower edges of the back plane are provided with the four guiding blocks which are easily inserted into the attachment bonding layer. The guiding blocks are in a prismatic shape. The length of the guiding blocks is two thirds the thickness of the attachment bonding layer. An opening is formed in one end of the bonding layer filling groove in the horizontal direction, and the other end of the bonding layer filling groove in the horizontal direction is closed. The multiple conical bearing columns are evenly and fixedly arranged in the center of the bonding layer filling groove in the horizontal direction. The conical bearing columns are in a triangular pyramid shape so as to be conveniently inserted into the attachment bonding layer. The height of the portion, stretching out of the back plane, of each conical bearing column is at least one half the thickness of the attachment bonding layer.

The length of the guiding blocks is two thirds the thickness of the attachment bonding layer. An opening is formed in one end of the bonding layer filling groove in the horizontal direction, and the other end of the bonding layer filling groove in the horizontal direction is closed.
