The invention provides an architectural decoration panel provided with a cone frustum and guided by a clamping frame and an attaching method thereof. The architectural decoration panel (7) is attached to a building (9) through an attaching bonding layer (8). The architectural decoration panel (7) comprises a back plane facing the attaching bonding layer (8) and a front plane opposite to the back plane. A bonding layer filling groove (72) is formed in the middle of the back plane, extends in the horizontal direction, and is recessed inwards from the back plane. The end, in the horizontal direction, of the bonding layer filling groove (72) is open, and the other end, in the horizontal direction, of the bonding layer filling groove (72) is closed. Multiple bearing columns (71) are evenly and fixedly arranged at the center of the bonding layer filling groove (72) in the horizontal direction. The height (P) of the portions, extending out of the back plane, of the bearing columns (71) is one third of the thickness of the attaching bonding layer (8).
