The invention discloses a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) composite wood floor. The PVC composite wood floor is characterized by being provided with a PVC base plate, a vibration damper plate is mounted at the bottom of the PVC base plate, a strengthening plate is mounted at the top of the PVC base plate, a veneer is adhered to the top of the strengthening plate, and a paint protection layer coats the top of the veneer; the veneer is made of a natural log section. A PVC material is adopted as the base plate, a great deal of lumbers is saved, cost is lowered, environment is protected, and the PVC composite wood floor is mainly used for decoration wood floor.
