The energy-saving environment-friendly underground garage with the structure has the advantages that sunlight can be led into the garage by the aid of the light guide pipes, electric illumination power can be saved, ventilation and air exchange effects can be realized for the garage at ordinary times by the aid of the intelligent ventilation windows, electric energy consumption due to mechanical ventilation can be omitted, and accordingly purposes of saving energy and protecting environments can be achieved; the environments can be beautified by the aid of the roof garden, and firefighting spray water pipes in northern regions can be protected against freezing.
