The invention discloses a coded lock. A moving plate capable of moving leftwards and rightwards along with rotation of the lock cylinder assembly is arranged in the shell, the moving plate is provided with a plurality of top cores capable of moving vertically along with horizontal movement of the moving plate, the top cores correspond to the character wheel cores in a one-to-one mode and are embedded with the character wheel cores. The coded lock has the technical advantages that codes can be retrieved conveniently through structural improvement, and the safety of the coded lock can be improved.
