The invention relates to the technical field of dish washing machine and discloses a door lock mechanism and a dish washing machine; the door lock mechanism comprises a door lock body connected to a door body, a push rod which is connected to the door body through a first spring and extends to a door cover and a door lock button connected to the door cover; the door lock body comprises a power element and two rotating rods, the middle portions of the two rotating rods are hinged in an intersected mode, the power element drives the two rotating rods to rotate relative to a hinge joint, the clamping ends are formed in the outer ends of the two rotating rods respectively, and a clamping area for containing the door lock button is formed between the clamping ends. The door lock mechanism is adopted to the dish washing machine, when the dish washing machine is in a dry stage, a drive element automatically drives the two rotating rods to rotate, the clamping area is increased, the door lock can be opened, the push rod automatically push the door of the dish washing machine to open, the moist vapor in a liner emits outward, the property of low energy consumption is guaranteed, the drying property of the dish washing machine is improved greatly, the clamping area is reduced through the drive element, the door lock button is clamped, and the door lock is in a locked state.
