The invention discloses a hasp. A fastening bolt is arranged on a square substrate; one side of the substrate is connected with a baffle plate through a rotary shaft; a position on the baffle plate, which is far from the rotary shaft, is provided with a square jack; a supporting plate, which is perpendicular to the substrate is welded to the other side of the substrate, namely the side which is opposite to the baffle plate; one side of the supporting plate, which is towards the baffle plate, is provided with a magnet piece; two springs with the same direction as the substrate and the baffle plate are arranged between the substrate and the baffle plate; on end of every spring is connected with the substrate; the other end is connected with the baffle plate. Compared with the prior art, the hasp is simple in structure and technology, convenient to manufacture and install, low in cost, good in effect and the like.
