The invention relates to a drive device, comprising a hinge, having a first hinge arm and a second hing arm which can rotate around the axle of the hinge. The first hinge arm is disposed on a support pieve by means of a bolt. The support piece is used for supporting a torque when the hinge arm rotates with respect to each other. The bolt traverses through a through hole of the first hinge arm, wherein the bolt is cone-shaped, and the bolt becomes thinner and thinner along the first extending direction towards the first hinge arm. The drive device comprises a force mechanism, which enables the support piece to be stretched or compressed along the first extending direction towards the first hinge arm, or enables the first hinge arm to be stretched or compressed along a direction opposite to the first extending arm towards the support piece. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle having the drive device and a method for assembling the drive device.
