A wheel adjustment mechanism of sliding doors comprises a fixed part, movable parts, stirring devices and backwards-pushing and/or damping devices, wherein the stirring devices and the backwards-pushing and/or damping devices act on each other. The movable parts are at least the sliding doors. The fixed part is at least a slide groove piece. The stirring devices are arranged on the slide groove piece. The backwards-pushing and/or damping devices are arranged on the sliding doors and each correspondingly provided with at least two wheels which are arranged at intervals, or the stirring devices are arranged on the sliding doors and each correspondingly provided with at least two wheels which are arranged at intervals. The backwards-pushing and/or damping devices are arranged on the slide groove piece and provided with adjustment devices used for adjusting the positions of the wheels. Operation elements are arranged on the adjustment devices and provided with acting parts. The acting parts are operated through tools. The operation elements rotate in a positioned mode and drive the wheels to move in opposite directions. The wheel adjustment mechanism has the advantages of being simple and reasonable in structure, reliable in performance, rapid in adjustment, convenient to operate, compact in component connection, stable and smooth in opening and closing process, small in exerted force, and the like, and is high in practicability.
