A damping device having a noise reduction function comprises a swing part, a sliding part and a shifting part in bumping-fastening connection with the swing part, wherein the swing part and the sliding part are arranged on a fixing seat through a spring, the swing part is hinged to the sliding part, the swing part and the sliding part are respectively provided with positioning units to be in matched connection with a positioning matched unit arranged at the corresponding position of the fixing seat, a damper is arranged on the fixing seat, a piston rod of the damper extends out towards the swing part, the swing part is provided with a touch portion, corresponding to the piston rod, one end of the spring is connected with the fixing seat, and the other end of the spring is connected with the sliding part. A buffer head is arranged at the end of the piston rod and is in matched connection with a stop block or a clamping block arranged at the corresponding position of the sliding part, the positioning matched unit comprises a sliding matched zone and a standby matched zone, and when the swing part moves from the standby matched zone to the sliding matched zone through fastening connection of the shifting part for at least one stroke, the buffer head produces mutual elastic effect with the touch portion and the stop block or the clamping block so as to eliminate noise produced of the swing part sliding from the standby matched zone to the sliding matched zone. The damping device is high in practicability.

The damping device is high in practicability.
