Novel building material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel building material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of novel building materials. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a basalt fiber machine woven fabric; feeding, loosening, mixing and combing polyester fibers, and stripping cotton so as to obtain a three-layer polyester fiber mesh; rolling the basalt fiber machine woven fabric between the first layer and the second layer of the three-layer polyester fiber mesh so as to obtain a composite structure layer of the three-layer polyester fiber mesh and the basalt fiber machine woven fabric; carrying out hydroentangle combination on the composite structure by adopting nine hydroentangles so as to obtain an integral material with the weight in gram 180-320g/m<2> and the thickness of 0.35-1.2mm; and rolling the integral material so as to obtain the novel building material. According to the invention, polyester fibers and pollution-free low-cost basalt fibers are tangled flexibly by a high-pressure hydroentangle method, so as to prevent the basalt fibers from being damaged; the obtained novel building material has good intensity, toughness and compatibility, and the problems of poor material intensity, poor toughness and poor compatibility of the material prepared by the basalt fibers are solved.
