Method of manufacturing and disassembling goliath crane
A method of manufacturing and disassembling a goliath crane, which can achieve on-site assembling or disassembling without the use of a floating crane, is provided. A kingpost (8) is loaded on a barge (17) movable in a water pool (3) and the water level in the water pool (3) is rose, so that the barge (17) rises and the kingpost (8) further rises, or the kingpost (8) is lowered by lowering the barge (17) through lowering the water level of the water pool (3). Accordingly, the kingpost (8) is moved up and down and erected on feet (18, 19). Under a state that the kingpost is supported by the barge, the feet are cut up and down so as to perform disassembling.
