Method for producing sulphoaluminate cement by using desulfurized ash
The invention relates to a method for producing sulphoaluminate cement by using desulfurized ash. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) directly preparing coal ash, CaSO4.2H2O and CaO in a preparation scheme of (35-40):(10-20):(45-50) to obtain a cement raw material for calcining experiment; (2) calcining the materials for 30-60 minutes at high temperature of 1300 DEG C, rapidly cooling to be the room temperature in air, and grinding and processing the obtained sample so as to obtain the cement. The method has the beneficial effects that as desulfurized ash is taken as the raw material for producing sulphoaluminate cement, the limit that the desulfurized ash is complex in component and is high in sulfur and calcium content can be completely avoided, other components can be efficiently utilized, and the purpose of making the best use of materials can be achieved.
