The agent comprises the following components by weight: 500-600 parts of quartz powder of 325 mesh, 2-7 parts of a hydrophobic agent, 300-350 parts of No. 42.5 ordinary portland cement, 1-5 parts of polypropylene fiber, 22-30 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate powder, 1.5-9 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 3-9 parts of lignin fiber and 25-35 parts of an iron oxide series pigment. The purpose of the invention is to provide a dry powder type of sealant with good fit with conjunction with wall and waterproof performance.
